Thank you for choosing us for your 2026 CPD Cycle Scheme.

The 2026 CPD Cycle, as per the Law Society of Ireland is as follows:

  • Solicitors must complete 25 hours of CPD.
  • Up to 80% (twenty hours) may be undertaken online (e-Learning).
  • At least 20% (five hours) must be undertaken in-person (Group Study Format).
  • At least 3 hours shall be in the category of Client Care and Professional Standards.
  • At least 5 hours shall be in the category of Professional Development and Solicitor Wellbeing.
  • Please note that there is a maximum limit of 7 CPD hours which may be completed within a single day.
  • 2026 CPD requirement for a solicitor who is not a sole practitioner or a compliance partner and/or an anti-money laundering compliance partner: 25 hours CPD, including a minimum of 5 hours of professional development & solicitor wellbeing and a minimum of 3 hours of client care & professional standards.
  • 2026 CPD requirement for a solicitor who is a sole practitioner or a compliance partner and/or an anti-money laundering compliance partner: 25 hours CPD, including a minimum of 5 hours of professional development & solicitor wellbeing and a minimum of 3 hours of client care & professional standards, of which at least 1 hour shall be accounting and anti-money laundering compliance.
  • A senior practitioner who is not a sole practitioner or a compliance partner and/or an anti-money laundering compliance partner: must complete a minimum of 8 hours CPD during 2026, which must comprise a minimum of 5 hours of professional development & solicitor wellbeing and a minimum of 3 hours of client care & professional standards.
  • A senior practitioner who is a sole practitioner or a compliance partner and/or an anti-money laundering compliance partner: must complete a minimum of 8 hours CPD during 2026, which must comprise a minimum of 5 hours of professional development & solicitor wellbeing and a minimum of 3 hours of client care & professional standards of which at least 1 hour shall be accounting and anti-money laundering compliance.

Please note that for 2026, a minimum of 5 hours group study CPD must be completed face-to-face / in-person within the year rather than fully online. For further information please see the Law Society of Ireland’s 2026 Scheme Booklet.

If you have purchased a webinar or CPD bundle with La Touche Training, you will have an account on our Learning Hub.

To access your CPD webinars on the La Touche Training Learning Hub, you can either:

  • Accept the Learning Hub account creation email from La Touche Training.
  • If you haven’t accepted this email, please visit the La Touche Training website and select ‘Log in’ located on the top right of the homepage.
  • Once here, please see the right hand side of the page and click on ‘Log in to the Learning Hub‘
  • After this please select ‘Get Started’ / ‘Sign in’ and follow the steps for ‘Forgot your password’.
  • Once logged in, you can view each webinar and download your CPD certificates upon course completion.

  • As per the Law Society of Ireland: “There is a maximum limit of 7 hours CPD which may be completed within a single day”.
  • Do not complete more than 7 hours CPD within a single day.
  • Do not generate certificates on the La Touche Training Learning Hub for more than 7 hours of CPD within a single day.

You will have access to your webinars for 1 year unless it is a topic whereby the information provided in the webinar is no longer correct or relevant, in that case the webinar will be removed from your profile.

We use Zoom to host our live online seminars and our e-learning platform for on-demand webinars is hosted on LearnWorlds.

Yes, almost all of our online seminars are recorded and once edited all booked delegates who have paid their fee are given access to this recording.

The recording is made available within a week of the date of the live seminar.

Certificates for our live seminars are emailed to all attendees who have paid their fee within a week of the seminar. If you have purchased an online webinar, you download your own certificate from the learning platform once you have viewed the webinar.

3-4 days before the seminar commences you will be emailed full details of the seminar, including your Zoom registration link.

Before the live seminar, course notes will be available to view on the La Touche Training Learning Hub. After the seminar the course notes will be available on our learning hub where you will also find the recording of the seminar.

Prize Terms & Conditions

This prize includes two components:

  1. Hotel Voucher – Clayton Hotel Galway
  • The prize includes a hotel voucher for one overnight stay for two people, including bed and breakfast, at the Clayton Hotel Galway.
  • The voucher is redeemable only at the Clayton Hotel Galway.
  • The hotel may apply its own terms and conditions to the use of the voucher. These are not considered onerous, but we recommend contacting the hotel directly for full details.
  • La Touche Training is not responsible for managing hotel bookings related to this prize. All arrangements must be made directly with the Clayton Hotel Galway.
  1. CPD Training Package – La Touche Training
  • The winner will receive one pass to La Touche Training’s complete 2025 CPD package, which includes:
    • 25 hours of CPD learning:
      • 20 hours via eLearning
      • 5 hours via Group Study
    • Zoom access to the Annual Online Conference on November 26th, 2025. If you cannot attend live, a recording will be available to watch back.
    • In-person conference pass to either:
      • Galway Conference – Clayton Hotel Galway, December 3rd, 2025
      • Dublin Conference – Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, December 10th, 2025
    • Access to the La Touche Training Learning Hub for on-demand CPD webinars.
  • This prize must be redeemed within the 2025 CPD cycle and cannot be carried over to 2026.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or training credit.
