La Touche Training is pleased to welcome renowned conveyancing expert Suzanne Bainton as the opening speaker at this year’s Conveyancing Conference.

It’s always a pleasure to hear from one of the foremost authorities in this field, Suzanne will lead with a timely and practical session on “Commercial Conveyancing: Acting for Developers of Small to Medium-Sized Schemes.” This presentation will offer essential guidance for practitioners advising on housing estates, apartment complexes, commercial units, hotels, and mixed-use developments.

Drawing on over 20 years of experience and her deep involvement with the Law Society’s Conveyancing Committee, Suzanne will examine legal and procedural challenges across key stages of development – including title, planning, taxation, and drafting considerations.
